1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuickResponse's platform and services in Dubai, UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

QuickResponse provides an on-demand home services marketplace connecting customers in Dubai with independent service professionals. Services include but are not limited to home cleaning, beauty, AC maintenance, pest control, and health services.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings must be made through the QuickResponse platform. Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 4 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. QuickResponse Credits may be applied up to 50% of any booking value.

5. QuickResponse Promise

We guarantee the quality of all services booked through our platform. If you are unsatisfied with a service, notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-do at no additional cost. All services are covered by our insurance policy.

6. Professional Standards

All professionals on the QuickResponse platform have undergone background checks, skills assessments, and training. However, QuickResponse acts as a marketplace and service professionals are independent contractors, not QuickResponse employees.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking services, ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time, and treat professionals respectfully. QuickResponse reserves the right to suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

8. Liability

QuickResponse's liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed AED 5,000 per incident.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts.
